Who we are

FertiLuna ("we", "the site") is an educational tool for analyzing menstrual-cycle charts, available at fertiluna.com. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at gabriel.mougard@gmail.com.

The data you enter stays on your device

FertiLuna does not create an account and stores nothing on a server. The temperatures, LH tests and charts you provide are processed entirely in your browser. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party. The analysis model is downloaded once and cached locally (IndexedDB); the computation itself runs on your device.

Local history

If you use the "My analyses" feature, your past runs (a thumbnail, the chart, your inputs and the result) are saved in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB), capped at 30 entries. This data never leaves your device, and you can delete any entry, or clear them all, at any time from that panel.

Cookies

We use cookies for two purposes only:

• Functional: a small lang cookie remembers your language choice (FR/EN). It stores no personal data and is necessary for the site to work as you expect.
• Advertising: we display ads through Google AdSense, which may set cookies or read device identifiers to serve and measure ads (see below).

Advertising (Google AdSense)

This site is supported by advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, personalized ads and any non-essential cookies are only used after you give consent through the consent banner shown on your first visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via that banner.

Analytics

We do not run any analytics or tracking beyond the advertising described above.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you on our servers, there is nothing on our side to access, correct or delete. For the data held by our advertising partner, you can exercise your choices through the links above. Under the GDPR you also have the right to access, rectification, erasure, objection and to withdraw consent at any time. If you have a concern, you may contact us at gabriel.mougard@gmail.com or lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.

Children

FertiLuna is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 15.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
